It is not every day we are opportuned to take a vacation.
For some people, they may get only a week off in a whole year for a vacation.
Going on a vacation is an activity everyone should try at one point in life or
another. Life gets busy, things happen and taking off time to relax, refresh
and calm your nerves is very crucial.
You may not get the chance to take a 3 month vacation to
that island you have always envisioned, but you can enjoy the 1 week break you
were given and make the most out of your trip.
If you plan to go on a vacation anytime soon, these few tips
will help you enjoy the most of your holiday in the best way possible.
Enjoy The Planning Process
According to research, anticipating an event accounts for a
huge percent of human happiness. Enjoy
the entire planning process and tap into the happiness the actual trip will
bring you. Plan it so everyone in your travel party will enjoy, having something for everyone. Be realistic that everyone might not want to do it all. Close your eyes and picture all the fun you will have, the people
you will see and the things you will do.

A happy vacation is a relaxing vacation. As much as you may
want to go on all the sight-seeing, do not stress yourself out. Take out time
to sit down, listen to soft music, take a load off and do nothing. You just got a break from the crazy activities in your everyday life don’t go crazy on your vacation by trying to do all the activities
and go on all the tours. You do not want to be the person who needs a break
from a vacation.
Replenish!
When you travel, your body is thrown out whack. Higher altitude, excess sugar and sugary alcoholic drinks, hotter climates make it easy to get hydrated while on vacation, so make sure you're taking in some extra ounces of water. If it helps, pack a small water bottle that you can refill along the way. Aim for 5 16 oz water bottles a day.
Don't Forget 2 Super Hero Supplements
Magnesium & Probiotics will keep your body vacation game on! Magnesium is a powerful remedy for many travel ailments. This mineral provides relief from constipation, headaches, muscle aches, and a sleeping aid. Probiotics will help your belly , especially since vacation eating habits might include extra alcohol, sugar and grease! A compromised gut won't function well and will contribute to digestive problems like chronic indigestion, abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, constipation which can totally wreck vacation plans. Look for one that doesn't need to be refrigerated, so you can travel with it. And while your at it, add your own vitamins and supplements that you include in your regular routine when possible.
Be Spontaneous
Do something that you did not have originally planned. Ask the locals, the hotel desk or other tourists for tips or ideas. Look in the local tourist magazines for some hidden treasure. Slip into a market, explore hidden places and
make great memories. Life is too short to be living only by a tour guide!
Try Something New
Vacationing is a way to enjoy fun activities you will rather
not do on a normal day. Ride on a horseback, a spa treatment, a rollercoaster, make conversations with random families/people, or
participate in a group activity.

The great part of going on a vacation is relieving memories. Be sure to have your camera's charged and ready . Candids, planned out portraits, landscapes, etc. Take enough pictures and make videos of every happy moment you had.
If you’re constantly stressing about how much you’re eating, what you look like, and not getting to see everything so your running yourself ragged and not truly enjoying. you’re doing yourself a great disservice. Going on vacation is all about fun and relaxation and it’s not fair to yourself to spend even a second of it miserable or regret.
End on a Good Note
You will always remember the end of a vacation as much as the beginning so end on a good note by doing something fun before starting to pack up! Possibly save that restaurant that was on top of the list for the bottom of the week. Or some that might mean a long walk on the beach, or for some time to lay low and enjoy each others company. Whatever it is, end it with a smile!
